HERO - Only Yours - Dony Correa’s Debut Sensational Album Set to Release

Dubai, 03 Mar 2015: Dony Correa a popular name in the world of entertainment has created marvels, be it in singing, compering, drama, literature, or Yakshagana. Dony is well known for his organizing skills and has organized many successful musical and entertainment shows in Dubai. He is a leader par excellence who has led organizations like CYM, AICUF, ST. MARYS COLLEGE SHIRVA, & FAMAD PERNAL DUBAI.

 

He is also acted in the popular tulu movie Nirel and has won the hearts of movie lovers. Dony Correa is well known for presenting his talents in style. He has a uniqueness and personal touch to any task that he performs which then becomes the talk of the town. If it comes from Dony, it means it’s unique, special or extraordinary in some way or the other.  This time, he’s all set to release a Konkani Musical Treasure, his debut album HERO-ONLY YOURS.

 

 

So what’s special in the album?

This album will be one of the finest musical albums of present times with meaningful lyrics, soothing tunes, melodious singing and soulful music. A perfect recipe of melody, harmony and music for music lovers to savor, leaving them asking for more. Lyrics and tunes are composed by Dony Correa. Music is composed and arranged by Roshan Dsouza Angelore, who has given his heart and soul to this album. He has sprinkled a new flavor adding freshness to the music of this album, which will be cherished by all.  This album comprises of 10 songs, which are sung by popular and noted singers from Bollywood, young and experienced singers from Mumbai, Goa, & Mangalore. Singers are chosen based on the style, type and the need of the song.

 

Different types of live instruments including Violins, Violas, Saxophone, Flute, Trumpet, Melodeon, Lead and Bass Guitars, Tabla, and a variety of percussions have been utilized in the making of this musical treasure. Renowned musicians from Kerala, Goa and Mangalore have been combined to deliver this divine music. Mixing and Mastering of this album is done by the master himself Nithin Kottungall at Orpheus Studio, Ernakulam.

Kunal Ganjawala: Bollywood’s acclaimed singer has rendered his voice for the first time in Konkani for the title track of this album – HERO.

Dr. Prashant Raj – Popularly known as the Golden Voice & Soulful melody of Konkani, will enthrall music lovers with a beautiful semi classical composition ‘Tunch Tum’.

Rony D’Cunha – Charming voice, Dream Boy of Konkani has presented a beautiful melodious song ‘Railachi Gaadi’.
Lawry Travasso – Melody King of Goa along with Nephie Rodrigues – renowned singer of Mumbai has sung the amazing folk number, a Goan Dekni ‘Chol Re Tandelya’.

Ravindra Prabhu – A popular sensation in Tulu playback and theater has rendered his voice for a super subject oriented song ‘Chintun Pole’.

Prajoth D’Sa – A voice that speaks Love, popularly known as ‘Sonu Nigam of Coastal Karnataka’ will sway music lovers with his romantic voice in  ‘Ye go Bai’ which describes the beauty of nature with a feel of romance in it.

Joshal D’Souza – Emerging singing sensation of Konkani, Winner of GVOM, will swing Konkani lovers in her velvety magical voice in the song ‘Tum Yetai Munon’.

Prakash Mahadevan – Rocking performer has rendered his powerful voice to Konkani version of the evergreen and highly popular western song Congratulations called ‘Abhinandhan’.

Dr. Sudha Prashanth, beautiful singer along with her spouse Dr. Prashant Raj has sung the Birthday Song ‘Happy Birthday to you’.

Dony Correa along with his versatile spouse Asha Correa who has been a true companion in all aspects have sung a most romantic duet song ‘Sopnnam Bhognnam’ which describes their faith in love.

They said that there has been no compromise in any aspect of this album, and a huge budget has been involved to come up with this extraordinary quality of music. Even the minutest details have been carefully reviewed and executed with utmost care to enrich & enhance the quality of this musical treasure. HERO will be globally released on 10th April, 2015 during an entertainment extravaganza organized by DC Creations at Emirates Theatre Dubai.
