Mangaluru: The Global Federation of Bunt Associations exists to wipe away the tears of the poor. The federation, which responds to the hardships of the people, has been continuously providing assistance to the poor and those in difficulty. The Global Federation of Bunt Associations will continue to work as the voice of the poor, said the president of the federation, Aikala Harish Shetty.
He spoke while inaugurating the social welfare helping hand program held in the auditorium of the Amrutotsava building of Bunt’s Hostel.
The Bunt community unites everyone and becomes active. Similarly, the Global Bunt Association is extending a helping hand to other communities as well, he said.
General Secretary Jayakar Shetty Indrali spoke in the introduction and said that many works have been continuously carried out by the Global Bunt Associations Federation, which has a history of 37 years. With the help of donors and the efforts of the president and office bearers of the federation, it was possible to provide a helping hand. This time, 16 lakh rupees were distributed, he said. Vice President Karnire Vishwanath Shetty spoke and said that whoever applies to the federation He said that the application was reviewed and not rejected and the assistance was provided.
