Potato Cutlet

Ingrediants:
- Potatoes - 2
- Onion - 2
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Green chilly - 3
- Red chilly - 4
- Garlic - 3 pods
- Garam masala powder - 1 tea sp.
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tea sp.
- Coriander leaves
- Lime juice - 1 table sp.
- Rice - 2 table sp.
- cumin seeds - 1/2 tea sp.
- Toast powder or fine semolina - 1 cup
- Oil - 6 table sp.
- Salt to taste
Description:
* Wash and soak rice for 1/2 hour.
* Boil potatoes with water and salt, peal, smash and keep it a side.
* Grind finely together cumin seeds, red chillies, garlic, rice, garam masala and pepper powder.
* Finely chop onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
* To the smashed potatoes add ground masala, grated coconut, chopped onion, green chilly and coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and mix by hand.
* Make small balls from this mixture and flatten them and roll in the semolina.
* Heat oil in a pan and fry these flattened balls both the sides.
* Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
