1. Well riped Nendra Banana : 6
2. Sugar : 3/4 cup
3. Ghee : 1/4 cup
4. Fried Cashew nut bits : 1/4 cup




Peel and cut banana into small bits and grind to a fine paste, pour into a non- stick pan. Mix with sugar and cook on a medium flame for about thirty minutes. Stirring constantly. Add fried cashew nuts and mix well. Drop ghee in a spoon little by little and stir continuously till halwa leaves the bottom of the pan. Pour into a well greased flat plate. Cool and cut into squares of desired size.


N.B.: Nendra Banana’s are called as "Nendra Bale".
