Ingrediants:

 

 

1.      Bombay Rava(Semolina)        :           1 cup

2.      Sugar                                       :           ½ cup

3.      Water                                      :           2 cups

4.      Salt                                          :           ½ tea spoon

5.      Lime juice                               :           1 tea spoon

6.      Yellow colour                          :           ½ tea spoon

7.      Ghee                                        :           4 table spoons

8.      Fried Cashew nuts                   :           2 table spoons

9.      Cardamom powder                 :           1 tea spoon


Description:

Roast rava till light brown and keep aside. Boil water and add sugar, salt, lime juice, colour and mix well. Reduce heat and mix roasted rava little by little stirring continuously till done. Mix with nuts and cardamom powder. Serve hot.
