Egg Bajji

Ingrediants:
- Eggs - 6
- Gram flour - 2 cups
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tea sp.
- Salt to taste
- Baking soda - 1/2 tea sp.
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea sp.
- Oil for deep fry
Description:
* Hard boil eggs, take out shells and cut each egg into two pieces and keep a side.
* Mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, chilly powder, baking soda, turmeric powder with water until you get a very thick paste.
* Dip egg pieces in this flour mixture and deep fry in the oil until it becomes golden brown or crispy.
* Serve hot.
