Chicken Curry

Ingrediants:
- chicken - 1 1/2 kg
- onion - 2 medium size
- tomato - 2 medium size
- coconut milk - 1 cup
- oil - 3 table spoon
- coriander leaves - 1 cup
- salt to taste
To grind:
- red long chilies - 6
- coriander seed - 2 tea spoon
- cumin seed - 3/4 tea spoon
- mustard seed - 3/4 tea spoon
- tamarind - small ball
- black pepper - 5
- cinnamon - 4 sticks
- cloves - 5
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
- coconut - 1 cup (grated)
- onion - 1
- garlic - 2 cloves (big)
- ginger - small piece
Description:
Remove skin, clean and cut chicken into medium pieces. fry ingredients, red chilies, coriander, cumin, mustard seeds, onion, coconut.
Grind masala till you get a fine paste. put oil in a vessel and heat it. put finely chopped onion and fry till it gets brown colour, add chopped tomatoes and fry for 10 minutes.
Now add chicken and fry. don t add water. Fry chicken till it is boiled. now add ground masala to it and boil it for 5 minutes, then add coconut milk to it and boil. add finely chopped coriander leaves and remove from the fire.
