Remove skin, clean and cut chicken into medium pieces. fry ingredients, red chilies, coriander, cumin, mustard seeds, onion, coconut.
Grind masala till you get a fine paste. put oil in a vessel and heat it. put finely chopped onion and fry till it gets brown colour, add chopped tomatoes and fry for 10 minutes.
Now add chicken and fry. don t add water. Fry chicken till it is boiled. now add ground masala to it and boil it for 5 minutes, then add coconut milk to it and boil. add finely chopped coriander leaves and remove from the fire.
