Chicken Green Masala

Ingrediants:
- 1400gm fresh chicken.
- 5 big onions finely chopped.
- 4 peices of garlic.
- 10 green chillies.
- 10 corns of black peppers.
- 6 cardomoms.
- 2 inches of ginger.
- 1 cup yoghurt.
- 1 cup descinated coconut powder
- ½ cup pure ghee.
- 1 bunch fresh coriender
- 1/4 bunch fresh mint
- 1½ tsp garam masala powder.
Description:
Heat ghee in a large pan saute the cardmom, add garlic fry till brown. Add chopped onions fry till become crispy;
cut chicken into small peices cook for 10-15 minutes. Next in blender add all ingredients blend into fine paste;
add one tsp of yellow powder to the paste, mix into the cooked chicken sterring occassionally in low fire.
Serve with chapati or naan.
