Indian Burger

Ingredients:
- Burger bread (Bun) : one
- Butter : one table spoon
- Cooked and grated potato: one
- Sprouted Moong : one table spoon
- Chilli powder : one tea spoon
- Garam masala powder : half tea spoon
- Minced coriander leaves : one table spoon
- Minced onion : one
- Egg : one
- Bread crumbs : four table spoons
- Tomato slices : two
- Cucumber slices : two
- Salt : half tea spoon
- Lettuce leaves : two
Description:
* Mix together potato, moong, chilli powder, garam masala powder,coriander leaves, onion, salt, egg and bread crumbs.
* Prepare a thick cutlet. Fry on both sides till it turns brown.
* Cut bread into half. Fry in butter on both inner sides.
* Keep ½ of the bread in a plate, keep on top one by one lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber and cutlet. Cover with other half.
* Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Conclusion:
Burgers are preferred by the kids which can also be given to them as snacks while going to school which they would enjoy to eat.
