Mangalore : Suspicious death of Kahzi

Feb 17 : Kahzi of Mangalore, Vice President of Kerala Jam Ethyattul Ulama and the Sunni scholar Chembarike C M Abdullah Musliyaar (77) has died in a suspicious way.
The dead body was found near the sea shore of their house at Chembarika on Monday morning. The body was sent for postmortem.
He became Kahzi of Mangalore on 20th August 2008. He appointed Taka Ahammad Maulvi as assistant Kahzi due to illness. Because of this, Kahzi was living in his house at Chembarika.
Nobody knows why he went to sea shore at night. He lived with his wife in that house. Kahzi’s wife had seen him sleeping in his room till 12 o clock. But in the morning the house was locked from outside and Kahzi was missing. As soon as people came around came to know about this, they went on searching. Later they found the dead body near the sea shore.
It is said that last night Kahzi aske the driver to bring lock for them. The same lock was put to the door. As soon as people came to know the matter of death of Kahzi, they rushed in front of his house. In between the rocks near the sea shore walking stick, chappal and torch were found.
During the postmortem, sand and salt water was found in his stomach. After the postmortem, the body was kept at his Malabar Islamic Complex which is near Chattamchalu. Holiday was declared for all the Islamic Institutions of Kasargod.
