Bellevision-USA to celebrate Montifest on 5th September

Boston, 15 August 2010: Bellevision USA is pleased to announce that the Feast of the Nativity of Mother Mary (Monti Fest) will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Parish Hall in North Chelmsford, the northern suburb of Boston, MA. on Sunday, September 5, 2010 at 4.30 PM.

The Monti Fest celebrations will include a Solemn Mass in Konkani to be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Maurice D’Souza, C.S.C. a native of Kodangala village of Moodubelle Parish. The children attending the Mass will offer flowers to Mother Mary.

Following the Festive Mass there will be games, music and Konkani learning initiatives for the Children.

For the fellowship festive meal the participants in the Solemn Mass are requested to bring vegetarian dishes which will be shared by all. Those who will be travelling to Boston from far off places are requested to bring non-perishable items.

Children are requested to bring flowers.

This invitation is extended to all Catholics in New England and Northeast.  There will be no fee to attend this event.
