Mumbai: Monti Fest Celebrations in Vasai on September 12

Mumbai, 07 September 2010: Vasai Konkani Welfare Association (Regd) is celebrating Monti Fest on Sep 12 at St. Gonsalo Garcia Church, Near Bishops House, Vasai from 9.30am to 3.30pm.

Fr. Richard Lasrado from Thokur, Mangalore will be the main celebrant of the mass and will preach the sermon. Also a colourful grand procession with a brass band on the state highways of Vasai is another attraction of the celebrations.

 

The Monti Fest Schedule will be as below

 

09.30 - 10.20 Procession from Manickpur Cricket Ground to the Church
10.20 - 10.30 Novena with "Fulam Uddonvchim"
10.30 - 11.30 Mass
11.30 - 12.00 Snacks (Sanna+Roce and Novem)
12.00 - 01.30 Cultural Programme
01.30 - 03.30 Novem Jevonn

 

Already more than 1000 people have bought the meal coupon of Monti Fest Celebrations. Meal coupons are available for Rs. 50/- for elders and Rs. 25/- for children.
