Mangalore: Congress to observe the death anniversary of Indira Gandhi on Oct 31

Mangalore, 27 Oct 2012: At a press meet held at the District Congress  Committee Office on October 26, 2012 at  11 am,  Vinaya Sorake ex-MP of Congress said that the death anniversary of Mrs. Indira Gsndhi will be observed on October 31 at the Town Hall, Mangalore at 10 am.

 

 

 He further said that in order to strengthen the Congress in the district which comprises of 1,500 booths at least one member from each booth should be made a Sevadal member. Central leaders such as Jagdish Titler will be addressing the Sevdal volunteers on that day.

 

Reviewing the visit of Sonia Gandhi to Mangalore, Sorake said that student wing of the Sevdal took part in the rally in large numbers. Addressing them Sonia Gandhi asked more and more students to join the Sevdal and strengthen the nation by their service to the society.
