Mangalore: Congress Seva Dal to Launch Membership Drive at Booth-level

Mangalore, 26 August 2013 : Dakshina Kannada District Congress Committee (DCC) Seva Dal convener in a press meet held at DCC office, here on Monday August 26 morning, said that Seva Dal will be launching a membership drive in booth-level shortly.

 

 
The district-level training camp that was recently organized by Seva Dal here was concluded successfully, added Ashraf.

 
Ashraf further said that efforts will be made to field-in trained Seva Dal activists in gram panchayat elections.  He also cautioned of unauthorized persons conducting programmes in the name of Seva Dal.

 
Earlier, Seva Dal members and leaders garlanded the portrait of Seva Dal founder Narayan Subburao Hardikar in order to mark the Founder’s Day.

 
B Vishwanath, former mayor, Hema, women’s wing organizer and others were present.
