Beltangady: US students group arrives at Dharmasthala to study social welfare programmes

Beltangady, 07 Jan: Lord Shiva maintains the balance of living creatures including humanity. Whatever exists in this earth has to go oblivion sooner or later. Nothing is permanent. Everything has to go extinct that is task of Lord Shiva. There are many religions in this world. All religions propagate universal brotherhood. However, the confusions in understanding the religion gives rise to conflicts in the society that has to be addressed by religious leaders, said Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari D Veerendra Heggade.
Heggade was addressing the students group from United Methodist Church, US who arrived here on Monday, January 6, to study the social welfare programmes of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala.
The group comprised A J Institute of Medical Sciences Prof E V S Maben, bishop Sudarshan Devadhar, Methodist Church, New England Conference, bishop Easter Ling, Ted Anderson and Mary Anderson.
