Prawn Pulao

Ingrediants:
- Prawns - 20-25 (medium size)
- Basmati rice - 3 cups
- Carrot - 1
- Capsicum - 1 small
- Onion - 1
- Lime - 1
- Cinnamon - 2 piece
- Cloves - 4
- Cardamom - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea sp.
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tea sp.
- Eggs - 3
- Oil - 3 table sp.
- Salt to taste
Description:
Take out shells and clean prawns. Cook them for 10 minutes with turmeric powder, salt and sufficient water. When they are half cooked take out from the gas, drain water and keep it aside.
* Wash and cook rice with water, salt and lime juice. When its cooked drain and keep it aside till it gets cool.
* Heat oil in a vessel fry onion till golden brown, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and fry for sometime. Add finely chopped capsicum and carrot, for 10 minutes. Add in salt and pepper powder. Pour egg yolk to this mixture and fry for 5 minutes. Add cooked prawns and fry for 5 minutes. Now add in cooked rice and mix well. Keep it on a low flame for 5 minutes.
* Serve hot with kochumber or raita.
