Potato Chips

Ingrediants:
- Potatoes - 2
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste
- Chilly powder
Description:
Cut potatoes into thin long pieces. Add a teaspoon of salt and soak in water for 10 minutes. Dry it on a large sheet of paper. Once it is dried deep fry in oil until it turns crisp. Add a tsp of red chillie powder and mix well.
The same procedure may be used with potatoes sliced using a chips slicer.
Note: It cannot keep stored, since these chips get smooth.
