Ingrediants:
  • 500 gms boneless chicken (cut into strips)
  • 1 red capsicum chilli (cut into strips)
  • 1 green capsicum chilli (cut into strips)
  • 2 onion (cut into square)
  • 4 flakes garlic (crushed)
  • 2 pcs (20 gms) ginger
  • 2 table spoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp aji-no-moto
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gms corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • 6 green chillies (cut into 4 pcs)
  • 4 table spoon oil

Description:

Grind half portion of the ginger, garlic, 1 table spoon soy sauce, 2 egg and mix with chicken strips and then add corn flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt and keep aside for 1 hour.

 

Heat oil a pan and deep fry chicken until brown and remove chicken from the pan and keep it aside.

 

Add remaining ginger, garlic and onion into the same pan and stir for 2 minutes.

 

Add chicken, capsicum chilli (both red green), green chilli and mix it well.

 

Take one table spoon corn flour and mix well with water and pour into chicken and stir well and cook for 1 minute.

 

Serve with noodles or fried rice.
