Beans Curry

Ingrediants:
- Beans - 25
- Potato - 1
- Dhal - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
To Grind:
- Coconut - 2 cups
- Onion - 1
- Red Chilly - 6
- Coriander seeds - 2 tea sp.
- Mustard seeds - 3/4 tea sp.
- Cumin seeds - 3/4 tea sp.
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea sp.
- Tamarind
For seasoning:
- Garlic - 4 big
- Curry leaves - 1 branch
- Mustard seeds - 3/4 tea sp.
- Oil - 3 table sp.
Description:
* Clean and cut beans into 1 inch pieces, and potatoes into cubes * Grind masala finely.
* In a vessel put beans, water, salt and keep on the gas to boil it.
* When beans are half cooked, wash and add potato cubes and dhal and add enough water to it.
* When everything is cooked sufficiently, add ground masala to it, mix well and bring it to boil.
* Season this mixture with oil. (Heat oil in a separate pan, add mustard seeds, garlic and curry leaves. and pour that oil mixture to the beans curry. )
* Serve hot with rice, chapati etc.
