Fresh Coconut Cake

Ingrediants:
Butter: One cup
Sugar: One and a half cup
Maida: Two cups
Baking powder: One teaspoon
Milk: One cup
Grated Coconut: One and a half cup
Eggs: Three
Vanilla: One teaspoon
Description:
Beat butter and sugar till it becomes creamy.
Add eggs one at a time and continue mixing.
Add one by one maida, baking powder, milk, grated coconut and vanilla
Pour the batter (mixed ingredients) into greased cake pan.
In a preheated over bake till it is done, which takes nearly 40-45 minutes.
Allow it to cool before serving.
Conclusion:
Fresh grated coconut can be used to decorate the cake which really tastes good.

Really palatable; coconut dishes is one of my favorite thanks for this yummy recipe; I will try to add some choco flavor in this.
