Train stoppage at Mahe during St Theresa’s Shrine festival

Mangalore, 06 October 2010: Southern Railway will provide one-minute temporary stoppage for the following trains in connection with the St Theresa’s Shrine festival to be held at Mahe on October 14 and 15.
The departure timings at Mahe will be as under: train 6305 Ernakulam-Kannur inter-city Express (11.50 am), 6306 Kannur-Ernakulam inter-city Express 3.02 pm, 6345 Lokamanya Tilak-Thiruvananthapuram Nethravathi Express 8.10 pm, 6627 Chennai-Mangalore West Coast Express 1.02 am, and 6628 Mangalore-Chennai West Coast Express 12.47 am.
Mangalore-Bangalore trains resume
Mangalore, 05 October 2010: Train services between Mangalore- Bangalore resumed on Monday night with the Mysore division railway authorities clearing the tracks of the impediment at Siribagilu.
Train services between the coastal city and the state capital were suspended after a retaining wall was pushed near to the tracks, hampering movement of trains on the route near Sakleshpur on Sunday night. The track was cleared of the impediment at 7.30 am on Monday, Mysore division officials said.
