Bantwal Area Education Office launches ’Karnataka Darshan’ educational tour for children

Bantwal: Karnataka Tourism Department, State Education and Literacy Department, Field Education Officers’ Office, Bantwal, organized a sightseeing tour of the tourist attractions called "Karnataka Darshan" organized by the State Tourism Development Corporation for the students of classes 8 to 10 belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes of the Karnataka State Government for the year 2024-25 in Bantwal on Friday. The drive was given.

 

Field Education Officer Manjunathan M.G. flagged off the event by showing the green signal. He opined that all students should take advantage of this great program organized by the state government to gain experience in educational matters outside the classrooms, as the saying goes, "Read the box around". Such activities, which complement education, will bring more interest

The tour will take in places like Belur, Halebidu, Hampi, Almatti, Vijayapura, Kudalasangama, Aihole, Pattadakallu, Badami, Anjanaadi, etc.

 

On this occasion, Physical Education Inspector Shivaprasad Rai, Superintendent of Field Education Officer’s Office Bantwal Pushparaj, Education Coordinators Pratima Y, 6th Sujatha, Sudha, Primary School Teachers’ Association President Jayaram, Government Employees’ Association Secretary Santosh, First Class Assistant Kishore, Office Staff Karthik, Group Resource Person Mallikarjuna, Tourism Department Officer Raghu, and teacher Vijayalakshmi, who is responsible for the team of 75 students, and art teachers Muralidar Acharya and Satyashankar were present.
