Republic Day Celebrated in St. Lawrence PU College, Moodubelle

Udupi/M’Belle, 26 Jan 2022: The 73rd Republic Day was celebrated in St. Lawrence PU College on Wednesday, 26 January 2022. The old student of the institution Edward D’Almeida and his wife Concepta D’Almeida were the chief guests of the programme.

 

Edward D’Almeida unfurled the national flag and gave the Republic Day message.

 

Principal Edward Larsen D’Souza presided over the programme. John Castelino, teacher of high school section welcomed the gathering. Hindi teacher Harold D’Souza proposed the vote of thanks and Kannada teacher Sudhir compeered the programme.

 

 

On this occasion floral tribute was paid to the portrait of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the ‘Father of India’s Constitution’.

 

Students and staff of the institution were present.
