"Pettist" movie title poster released-Filming in one phase in January

Mangaluru: For the first time, a different style motion title poster of Sandy’s Company’s 3rd Tulu film "Pettist", which has successfully managed programs like Coastal Film Awards and Yuva Dasara, was released in Mangaluru by MLA Umanath A Kotian and director Tarun Sudhir.

 

Devi Rai, who has made her mark as a designer in the Kannada film industry and has worked as an assistant director for several Kannada films, will be the director of the film Pettist. Uday Ballal, who has shown camera skills in the Kannada, Tulu and Malayalam film industries, is the camera man. Sandesh Raj Bangera, Suraj Kumar Kalya, Sadanand Poojary, Shashikant Karkera, Santosh Poojary will be the investor. Loy Valentine Saldana will compose the music for the film. The casting process is already underway and the shooting will begin in January.

Director Devi Rai has worked as an associate director in some movies in the past. The shooting will be done in one phase for 35 days in the month of January. Famous artists from Tulu and Kannada film industry will act in the film. The shooting will be done in Mangalore, Vamanjoor, Bajpe etc.

 

The film team is expecting to release the film in August 2025. The film will be a different kind of film in the Tulu film industry, said young producer Sandesh Raj Bangera, which includes comedy, suspense, thriller and a good story.
