Mumbai: Karthika Deepotsava in Gokula

Mumbai, No. 25: The Deepotsava Seva in the month of Karthika, the most beloved month of Hari Harari, has special mythological significance. Gopalakrishna Public Trust and B.S.K. The event was jointly organized by the Association.
The divine idol of Gokula Sri Gopalakrishna was beautifully decorated by the priest Vedamurthy Ganesh Bhat with special flowers. The festival started at 6 pm. After the daily pooja at the temple, the priests traditionally lit the lamps and welcomed the festival. President Dr. After lighting the lamps by Suresh Rao and office bearers, hundreds of devotees lit thousands of lamps inside and outside the temple. After the Ranga Pooja service to Sri Deva, the priests bring the decorated festival idol in a procession with mantras, balls and instruments. Maha Mangalaarathi, Ashtavadhana Seva was held with methods. Later, the festival idol was brought to the sanctuary and the devotees were distributed theertha prasada.
The Gokula Mahadwara, Theertha Mantapa, Garbha Griha, Gokula Sabhagriha and Special Mantapa were decorated with various flowers. The Gokula auditorium was packed with several dignitaries and devotees. The memorable Karthika Deepotsav ended with prasada bhojana for about 500 devotees.
