Kundapur, 28 Jun 2013 : Communalism by different fundamental outfits is not the remedy that is dangerous indeed. Good and evil cannot co-exist. Meanwhile, the evil can be conquered by the good deeds as the history has shown, said Jamaat-e-Hind Karnataka state joint secretary and Shanti Prakashan manager Mohammed Kunhi.
Mohammed Kunhi was speaking during a community meeting held at Unity Hall, here recently. It was organized by the taluk unit Jamaat-e-Hind as part of statewide campaign embarked on by their state unit.
‘The helping the brethren is true religion. One will not get divine graces by mere prayers, instead help the brethren in his difficulties, sufferings and tribulations,’ said Mohammed Kunhi.
Mohammed Kunhi stressed the need for moral education among the educated masses, who are real threat to the society, stressed Mohammed Kunhi.
Moulana Shamim Ahmed Kidwai recited the verses form Holy Quran to begin the programe.
Peace TV preacher Moulana Ahmed Siraj Umari Kasmi delivered a talk on Model Muslim family at the occasion.
Jamaat-e-Hind zonal deputy convener Shabbir Ahmed Malpe delivered the introductory address. The local convener Mumtaz Ahmed compered the programme. Asgar Ali proposed the vote of thanks.
