Female lead "Meera" Tulu movie released

Mangalore: Lanchu Lal K.S. in Astra Production banner. Produced and directed by Aswath, the Tulu movie ’Meera’ was released on Friday at Bharat Cinemas, Bharat Mall, Mangalore.

 

Former Mayor Manoj Kumar inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. In the movie Meera released in Tulu there is a story around our house. He said that everyone should watch the movie and be encouraged. Mangalore South Constituency MLA Vedavyasa Kamath, who arrived as the chief guest, said that Tulu now has good taste movies. Especially, Meera movie is a women-oriented movie, and everyone in the family should watch such a movie and encourage them.

 

Actor and director Rahul said that the ban on installation of flexes in the city has been lifted by the Municipal Corporation, which has directly affected the Tulu cinema industry. Therefore, the producers of Tulucinema need to make an alternative system, he said.

 

Producer Lanchulal KS said that "Meera" Tulu movie earned one crore rupees through the premiere show before its release. A hundred of my well-wishers have bought a hundred tickets worth one lakh rupees each. He said that all of them who watched the premiere show expressed a good opinion about the movie.

 

Actor VJ Vineeth Kumar, Rahul Amin, Trishul Shetty, Laxmish Shetty Baikampadi, Mohan K Bolar, Journalist Bala Jagannath Shetty, Harshit Someshwar, Prakash Shetty Dharmanagar, Yatish Pujari, Anish Pujari, Anil Das, Sharan Chilimbi, JP Tuminad, Pushparaj Bollur, Ashwath, director of the movie "Meera", actresses Itisha Shetty, Lakshya L and others were present. Yatish Pujari welcomed and conducted the program.

This film is produced by Lanchulal KS and Ashwath has written and directed the story, screenplay and dialogue. Director Aswath said that this film will be a major milestone in Tulu cinema as this film will be the first female lead film in Tulu film industry.

 

The film features Ishita Shetty in the lead role, Arvind Bolar, Swaraj Shetty, JP Thuminadu, Prakash Thuminadu, Manju Rai Mooloor, Rupshree Varkadi, Yatish Pujari, Ashwath, Baby Lakshya L. Rakshita Shetty acted in Mumbai.

 

The film tells the story of a young woman who faces challenges from society in her journey to realize her dreams. He said that this film will inspire women to conquer and achieve their dreams.
