National High School, Barkur Receives Three New Computer Sets from Robosoft

Barkur, 3rd April, 2025 – National High School, Barkur, a prestigious Kannada medium institution with a commendable legacy of 78 years, had a momentous occasion to celebrate today as it received three much-needed New computer sets from M/s Robosoft. The new additions to the computer Science laboratory mark a significant step towards enhancing digital learning for the students.

 

In a simple yet meaningful ceremony held at 3:00 PM, Mr. Chakri Hegde, accompanied by his m/S Robosoft team, officially handed over the computer sets worth Rs. One Lakh to the Headmistress, Mrs. Hemavathy P.S. The event was graced by the presence of several dignitaries, including Mr. Ashok Kumar Shetty, Secretary of the Barkur Educational Society (BES), Mr. Archibald Furtado, Administrative Coordinator of National Educational Institutions, Barkur, and Mrs. Usha Kiran Shetty, Principal of National PU College, Barkur.

 

Mr. Maruthi, Kannada language teacher, extended a warm welcome to the esteemed guests, particularly acknowledging the generous contribution by the Robosoft Group. Representatives from Robosoft, including Mr. Hegde and Mr. Prakash, were present to witness the occasion and interact with the faculty and students.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Ashok Kumar Shetty expressed deep appreciation for Robosoft’s thoughtful gesture, under CSR Programme, recognizing their concern for the school’s infrastructural development. As a token of gratitude, he honoured Mr. Chakri Hegde with a traditional shawl and a memento, symbolizing the institution’s heartfelt thanks.

 

The event concluded with resounding applause from students and teachers, acknowledging the invaluable support from Robosoft, which will undoubtedly empower young minds with better access to digital education.
