Kurukshetra 2012, a national level B-school Management Fest

Manipal, 09 Febraury 2012: Kurukshetra, the flagship event of Manipal Institute of Management will be held during 10th and 11th February 2012. The fest is an all-encompassing management fest that enables students from reputed B-schools to compete and showcase their talent and emerge victorious.

The word Kurukshetra implies battlefield. We at Kurukshetra 2012 try to bring on the intellectual wars to manifest excellence among the competitors. Wars can be fought with strategies or with the display of vigour and valour.
More than 20 colleges are attending this national level management fest from different states to showcase theirknowledge as well as skill, intellect and emotion; courage and intelligence.

 

The Events designed is a blend of ancient and modern warfare. Modern warfare always highlights strategies, intelligence and courage to fight the odds at the corporate level.

•        Chaduranga – BUSINESS PLAN

•        Chakravyuh – OFF-ROADIES
•        Kalakshetra – CULTURAL EVENT 
 
The inaugural function of the fest will be held on Friday, February10 2012 at 9.30 am in MIT Library Auditorium, Manipal. Sri.ShashikanthJayaraman, Head-HR, TVS Automobile Solutions Limited will be the Chief Guest and Dr.KumkumGarg, Director, Manipal Institute of Technology will be the Guest of Honour on this occasion. Valedictory function of the fest will be held 7pm on 11th February 2012, Innovation Block MIT Campus.

Mr.Vivek Raj, the CEO of Panama Corporation Limited our main sponsor would be the chief guest for the valedictory function.
