Obituary - Sr M. Hilda B.S. (72) Mangalore

Sr M. Hilda B.S. (72) (Cecilia Lobo) St Raymond’s Convent, Vamanjoor, Mangalore passed away on Tuesday, May 24th 2011 at 3.20pm. Funeral rites will be held on 25.05.2011 Wednesday at 10.30 am at St Raymond’s Convent Vamanjoor, Mangalore.

 

Sr M Hilda hails from Vittla (South Canara), daughter of Late Mr Peter Lobo and Late Mrs Millian Lobo. She joined the Congregation of the Sisters of the Little Flower of Bethany, Mangalore on 10.06.1962. She served our sisters and people for many years and won the hearts of many, in places like, Moodubelle, Sampaje, Ranipura, Bendur, Kirem, Bajpe, Rosa Mystica Kinnikambla and Vamanjoor. She spent her time in prayer, Pastoral work and House hold chores. A simple child like soul
is flown to Heaven interceding for all of us. May her soul rest in peace!
