Dubai: Emirates Pangalites UAE to organize Children Drawing Competition on May 30

Dubai, 06 May 2014: Emirates Pangalites UAE will be organizing a drawing competition for the children under the age group from 4 years - 12 years and also differently-abled children at Happy Home Nursery, Karama, here on Friday May 30 at 2.00pm.

 

 

This will be the fourth drawing competition successively organized by Emirates Pangalites UAE, owing to the overwhelming response from parents and children in the past events.  A new category is added to bring out the talents of special care children.

 

The objectives of the drawings competition will be to provide an opportunity to children to compete and show their talents, to create awareness of the changing world, discover and display their hidden talents, motivate the budding artists to blossom in the field of the art.

 

The competition will be held in 3 regular groups and a separate group for special need children with the following objectives

 

  

Rules and Regulations:

1) Competition is open to all Mangalorean/Goan Children.

2) Registration will be restricted to first 100 entries only for all the three categories.

3) Last date of registration will be on 24th May 2014.

4) All participants should report to the venue half an hour prior to the competition.

5) Only one drawing per participant to be submitted.

6) Stationery (colors, rubber, pencils) to be brought by the participants. No borrowing or lending will be entertained.

7) Drawing papers will be provided by the organizers at the venue.

8) Nature of the drawings should be strictly related to the subject given.

9) Drawings received will not be returned.

10) Best three drawings in each category will be awarded along with two consolation prizes.

11) Participants should abide to all the rules and regulations laid by the organizers.

12) Decision of the judges will be treated as final.

Registered children will be notified via emails regarding the status of their registration. The registered children will only be allowed to participate in the competition.

 

The results of the competition will be declared on the same day before 5.30 pm. The Prize Distribution will be held at the venue shortly after the competition.
