it is one of the most noble activity, I must say, to put together domestic works in gulf-homes, Indians of course, specially from Pangala church families.this could be a very well organized association to promote welfare after retirement from the gulf countries to channelize their earnings, saved on a small percentage, to make use by way of a pensionfund. There are pension fund insurance policies or they could be contributors of Public provident fund schemes or other pension fund scheme of government of India and have the benefit of an organized benefit scheme in the old age. Otherwise the earnings go down in spending un controlled and old age becomes a burden. The organisers could think about it and help the domestic workers in a more effective way. |
