Udupi: Artists create sand sculpture to educate voters on their rights

Udupi, 15 Apr 2014: The artists belonging to Manipal Sand Art: Srinat Manipal and Venky Palimar created a sand sculpture here on Tuesday April 15, to send a strong message to voters on their precious right bestowed in Indian Constitution in order to exercise their franchisee without fear and coming under lure of political parties.
