Teachers of the Parish were felicitated by ICYM Moodubelle

Moodubelle, 13 September 2010: Teachers are the unsung heroes of society. They are the ones who create iconic figureheads. For a student, a teacher is as important as a parent, because at the core of success is a great teacher. A Teacher is like a candle which lights others in consuming itself. Our Parish is blessed with vast number of teachers, who have played a key role in moulding our society. Acknowledging their contribution to the society, ICYM Moodubelle felicitated the teachers of the Moodubelle Parish.
On Sunday 12 September 2010 after the main mass at 07.30 am, Mr. Lloyd Rebello – Treasurer of ICYM compered the short felicitation program. Rev. Fr. Joswey Fernandes honoured all the teachers present with a flower bouquet in the presence of the large audience of the mass. Mr. Henry Fernandes - Vice President of the Parish Council, Mr. Bradly Martis – President of ICYM, Ms. Brenda Martis – Vice Secretary of ICYM and other members of ICYM were also present.
