Karnire Gangadhar Amin’s Konkan Swad wins Times Food Award

Mumbai (RBI) March 31 - The Konkan Swad (Gomantak Sea Food) casual restaurant, started 25 years ago by Mumbai’s renowned social worker and director of the Billava Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Karnire Gangadhar Amin, has won the 2025 Times Food and Nightlife Award.

 

Gangadhar N Amin, Karan Shetty, and Aishwarya Gangadhar Amin, the owners of Konkan Swad Group of Hotels, received the award at an awards ceremony organized by the Times Group at the ITC Maratha Hotel auditorium near the international airport in Andheri East on Saturday (March 29).

Konkan Swad Hotel has done Mumbai proud by winning the Best Seafood, Best Quality Dining and Best Coastal Quality Food awards. Their 25 years of hard work to serve the best seafood and promote coastal cuisine has earned them this prestigious award. The hotel, which started on Link Road, Goregaon West, is now located on Link Road, Jogeshwari West, Andheri East, where the customers have been appreciating the ’Konkan Swad’ ’Gomantak Seafood’.
