Manama: Team Building Session organized by Bellevision – Bahrain echoes Need for Vibrancy

Bahrain, 7 Jul 2013: Bellevision – Bahrain organized team building session at Hotel Papillion party hall, here on Friday June 28 morning.

About 60 members along with their family attended the event.

Joel D’Sa briefed the gathering about the session and delivered a talk on forgiveness, by reading a few chapters from the Holy Bible related to forgiveness and also about the prayer Our Father…, followed by discussion on the topic.  He also emphasized on the need of thorough confession to get rid bondage to sins in order to get spiritual bliss. It was an excellent opportunity for members to confront their fears and suppress ego in going forward with peace in life.

John D’Souza took over the Leadership building session by forming 3 groups from the members including men, women and children.  Each group was assigned the task to devise 5 new ideas to make Bellevision – Bahrain more vibrant in a year, by selecting leaders, presenters, performers etc.  Each group presented their ideas with enthusiasm and flair, which made all the members feel amazed, especially the children excelled in the task.

The most entertaining session was the question and answer session, wherein teams grilled each other for the reality, honesty, time-frame etc, in performing given ideas.

Meanwhile, each group presented their plans to the president with due honor in expecting something special from the present Committee in the coming months.

After the lunch, sports secretary Steven Lobo conducted fun-filled activities, by forming 6 groups and a leader each among them. There were many question and answer rounds, hang man games, competitions to identify the title and identify the product by the slogan etc. The group led by Joel D’Sa won the overall prize.

Edward Menezes distributed the prizes during the valedictory function held at 4.30pm on Friday.  It was concluded with high tea at the occasion.

It was indeed another successful event in the Bellevision, Bahrain’s calendar!
