Bellevision Bahrain Easter Celebration and installation of New Committee 2012 – 2013

Manama, Bahrain, 14 April 2012: Lent is over, the darkness has gone away and the bright light has come over the whole world; with these words our two evergreen and energetic masters of ceremonies Mr. Ivan and Mrs. Alfreeda did begin the evening of Bellevison Bahrain’s Easter Celebration followed by welcome dance on 13th April at Baan Saeng Thai, Adliya. The newly formed committee for the year 2012 – 2013 was installed by our own Mentor, Mr. John D’souza, with brief prologue of the members. Our enthusiastic President Mr. Kishore in his presidential speech gave a call to all members to utilize the opportunity and the platform to sharpen their talents. He put forth the aims and the vision of the association and thanked for the ongoing support of the past and the new committee. Fr. Vincent D’souza former priest of Bahrain Sacred Heart Church who is on his visit to Bahrain gave away the memento to the preceding committee for their outstanding performance and accomplishments.

 

The evening was lined up with a variety of entertainment programs one after the other keeping the audience amused. Our little budding stars danced to the tune of Maria Pitashe, while the senior children performed for ya ya mayaya and our teens Hazel and Rishell gave wonderful performance with Hindi fusion songs.  There were comedy skits performed by the members, which were great laugh buster. Children and adults were kept all time busy with amazing games conducted by the sports secretary Mr. Steevan Lobo. Gen. Secretary Mrs. Pramila Martis, in her vote of thanks did not fail to thank each and everyone for their involvement and dedication. Bellevision Bahrain remains grateful to all the regular sponsors. Scrumptious dinner was savored by all. The celebration left behind a question pondering in the minds of all gathered – when will the next get together of Bellevision Bahrain be? The eagerness and happy smiley faces of the members is all that which gives the association more energy to achieve the purpose – strive for togetherness.
