Mangalore: Sonia Gandhi to address mega Party Activists Meet in City on April 27

Mangalore, 22 Apr 2013: UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi will arrive in the city on Saturday April 27 at 1.00pm to address the mega meet of party activists at Nehru maidan, said Congress veteran leader Janardhan Poojary.

Addressing the party activists of 8 legislative assembly constituencies of Dakshina Kannada (DK) district during a function held at Shanti Nilaya auditorium, Balmatta, here on Monday April 22 at 11.30am, Janardhan Poojary urged the party activists to aggressively campaign for the upcoming elections in winning the Congress candidates, said Poojary.

 

 

Earlier, J R Lobo –Congress candidate contesting from Mangalore south constituency accompanied by newly-elected corporator Akhila Alva and party activists campaigned in twenty-first Padav west ward of Shakti Nagar, here on Monday April 22 morning.  He also visited Vaidyanata temple before going on door-to-door campaign at Shakti Nagar locality.
