Inauguration of Al Ihsan Road at Mooluru

Kaup, 21 June 2010: Mr. Lalaji R. Mendon, the MLA from the Kaup Constituency recently inaugurated the Al Ihsan School Road constructed  at the cost of five lakhs of rupees from the Developmental Fund. Speaking at the programme, Mr. Lalaji R. Mendon said that the Karnataka State Government has sanctioned two PUC Colleges in the undivided Dakhsina Kannada District which would be provided all basic facilities at the earliest.

The inaugural programme was attended by a number of prominent persons of the locality. These included: Hasan Mooduthota-Chief Secretary of the Dakshina Kannada Sunni Central Committe, Hakim Kanchi-Vice President, Muhammad Beari Edapadhav, Majid Suralpadi, Abdul Jalil Karopadi, Abdul Hamid Mooluru, Y.B.C. Bhawa Mooluru, Kishore Kumar Kalatturu and Johnson Mooluru. Muslim Sunni Centre’s Manager-Mustafa welcomed the guests,  Sadiq Master compeered the programme and Y.B.C. Basheer proposed the vote of thanks.
