Udupi: Former MLA Sabhapathi joins JDS Party

Udupi, 05 March 2012: Former MLA U.R. Sabhapathi joined JDS party on Sunday. JDS youth leader Madhu Bangarappa received Sabhapathi into the party. Speaking on the occasion Sabhapathi said that, during the 60 years, in the administration of Congress and Janatha Dal, there were no corruptions or any issues taken place like it is taking place during the administration of BJP. After BJP administration began a vacuum is created and only JDS party can fill this. The young people of Udupi need an able leader and I have confidence of fulfilling it, so that is why I have decided to join JDS, he said.

 

 

Receiving Sabhapathi into the party, Madhu Bangarappa said that, in Udupi, Sabhapathi had given the political strength to his father Bangarappa. With the same idealism he will strengthen JDS. In another day or two Sabhapathi along with huge number of supporters will take exclusive part in a huge conference which will be participated by Kumaraswamy, he said.

 

Udupi – Chickmagalur loksabha election candidate Bhoje Gowda who was present there said that, with the inclusion of Sabhapathi into JDS, the party is strengthened and victory is confirmed even more, he said. JDS state Vice President Govindaraju Mysore, Jilla President Deviprasad Shetty, Working President Gulam Mohammed, JDS leader Mahendra Kumar, Luis Lobo, Shrinivas, Dilesh Shetty and others were present on the occasion.
