Bunts Sangha Mumbai Ladies Wing Celebrates Women’s Day

Mumbai (RBI), Mar.08: Bunts Sangha Mumbai Women’s Division celebrated Women’s Day on Saturday (March 08) under the chairmanship of Smt. Women’s Division Executive President Smt. Chitra R. It was implemented under the guidance of Shetty.

On the same occasion, famous writer, poet Dr. Sunita Shetty was awarded the title of ’Bunti Shiromani’ by the Women’s Section of the Bant Sangha. The Silver Jubilee Sadhaki 2025 award for the women’s category was presented to outstanding social worker and writer Sarala R. Shetty.

 

Miss Maharashtra 2024 winner Pramita Shetty, Principal of Kannada Bhavan Institute Amrita Shetty, CA | Rajashree Shetty, Megha Shetty were honoured.

 

On the same occasion, before the ceremony, after receiving special pooja and prasad at Sri Mahavishtu Mandir in the premises of the Sangha, the women marched with the guests and dignitaries. Bhanna of the building arrived at the stage.

 

As part of the cultural programme, ’Tulu Vaibhav’ was performed by Srishti S. Shetty Kananjaru and Usha Shetty. Sai Shakti Kala Balaga Mangalore of Madhyaguttu Lavanya Vishwas production performed the mythological play Jodu Jeetke. Dance competition was held for 9 regional committees of the association.
