Udupi: Congress party continues election campaign

Udupi, 05 March 2012: Late Indira Gandhi strengthened the country, Sonia Gandhi gave the right of living to the people, Rahul Gandhi is working towards the security to the life of everyone. Wiping the tears of everyone is the intention of Congress, said AICC Chief Secretary Oscar Fernandes. He was speaking addressing the district division conference in District Congress Office organized by Law and Human Rights Department, on Sunday.

 
Most of the freedom fighters of our country were lawyers. Gandhiji who studied law has built the country and Nehru built the parliamentary system. So there is huge role from the lawyers in the building of the country, he said. BJP leaders say that it has done in 3 years what Congress could not do in 60 years. But Congress do not wish to do what BJP did in 3 years even in the next 100 years, said Oscar Fernandes.

 

 
Another AICC Chief Secretary Vedaprakash spoke and said that the NDA government led by BJP who did the administration in the centre lost due to policies which are against the people. In state also they are following the same policies, which are to be defeated. So all the congress party workers must forget their differences and must work united, he said.
