A solemn mass in Konkani was celebrated for his soul at the Sacred Heart Church, Manama, Bahrain at 7.30pm, there after everyone proceeded to the auditorium to pay their respect and show their love to our dear Wilfy Rebimbus.
The Condolence meeting was graced by Sacred Heart Church’s Asst. parish Priest Fr. Vincent, who started the proceedings with prayer and asked almighty to take Wilfy’s soul in his grace and look after him tenderly.
There were many speeches regarding the achievements and work of Konkani literature. The atmosphere was very touching as speakers after speakers honored him for the soul touching songs, everlasting and mesmerizing lyrics and the love he showered on our Konkan Karaval Region. He taught us how to live an honorable life, how to love, how to be a role model for others.
