Moodubelle: Annual Day observed at the Jananaganga PU College, Nellikatte

Moodubelle, 10 Jan 2012: The Annual Day of the Jnanaganga PU College, Nellikatte was observed on Saturday, January 7, 2012.  In the morning, college flag was hoisted by Mrs. Rohini Hande, Expert in Humna Resource, Mart Anglers, Bangalore and member of Managing Committee of the PU College. M. Gopikrishna Rao, the founder president of the College was also present.

 

At 2 pm, the Annapoorna programme was inaugurated by Dr. N.B. Vijaya Balla, Dharmadarshi, Shri Janardhana Mahakali Temple, Ambalpadi, Pramod Madhwaraj presided over the programme. R.N. Huchhachari, government Department, Bangalore and Vasanta Shetty, headmaster of Shri Vishnumurthy High School, Kudi were the guests.  Principal U.L. Bhat and Gopikrihna Rao, Prabhakar KS  and CPL Ashwath were on the dais.

 

 

Vijay Ballal in his speech said that the Jnanaganga PU College is the temple of knowledge and every student should study well as bring fame to this institution.

 

The PU College students presented dances, group songs and skits.

 

Mrs. Kamalakshi compeered the programme, Mrs. Ambika welcomed the guests and vote of thanks was proposed by Kum. Smitha.
