Moodubelle: Ward Fest celebrated by St. Francis Xavier I Ward

Moodubelle, 06 December 2011: St. Francis Xavier ward fest celebrated on Tuesday 06th Decmeber 2011 at the residence of Thomas Lobo and Sisila Lobo. The fest began with the Eucharistic celebration at 11.00 am led by Rev. Fr. Joswey Fernandes – Parish Priest of St. Lawrence Church along with Rev. Fr. Lancy Saldanha. The mass followed by the entertainment fun and games programs. Ward Gurkar Albert Martis welcomed the guests. Thomas Lobo and Sisila Lobo were also present on the dias.

 

 

Jane and Ashwini who had excelled in the S.S.L.C. exams were honoured. Jovita who was selected for the final in the Kavita competition was also felicitated. The winners in the games competition were given prizes. Fr. Lancy in his speech gave message of the occasion. Francis Lobo Compeered the program. Benedict Martis proposed vote of thanks and also thanked Thomas Lobo and Sisila Lobo who hosted the entire program. The program ended with delicious lunch.
