The Pancha Aradhana Mahotsav of Pejawar Sri Vishwesha Tirtha Sripadangala

Mumbai (RBI), Jan. 02: The fifth worship festival of Sri Yatikula Chakravarthy Sri Vishweshatheertha Swamiji, who was the incumbent of Udupi Sri Pejawar Adhokshaja Math of Jagadguru Sri Madhwacharya Maha Sansthan, was held here on Thursday at the Sri Vishweshatheertha auditorium of Madhva Bhavan (Pejawar Math) in Santacruz East under the guidance of Pejawar Sri Vishweprasanna Theertha Swamiji from morning. It was held with religious programs.

 

As part of the religious program, bhajans and kirtans were performed by the Madvesha Bhajana Mandali of Pejawar Math, including chanting and reciting Vishnu Sahasra Nama, reciting the Bhagavad Gita, reciting the Bhagavata, and worshipping the Chakrabda Mandala.

Dr. Ramdas Upadhyay Renjala, General Manager of Sri Pejawar Math, remembered the Guru and explained how the Guru built and developed the Purnapragya Vidyapeetha. On the occasion, Govinda Bhat recalled the Guru’s life of sacrifice, Hari Bhat recalled the occasion of the Haridwar pilgrimage, and Parel Srinivas Bhat recalled his service in the 5 Paryas.

 

On this occasion, a large number of devotees including Hari Bhatt, Niranjan Gogte, Rama Vitthal Kalluraya of Pejawar Math Mumbai branch, B.R. Rao Kalina, trustee member of Gopalakrishna Trust, Dr. Surendrakumar Hegde, Kalathur Vishwanath Shetty, Shekhar J. Salyan, participated and received prasad.
