Prayer of Tulunad Devotees at Muktinath Temple, Nepal for Adding Tulu Language in 8th Schedule

Bantwala; The Tulu language, which has an ancient history with a script, is rich in folklore and polite literature, should be included in the 8th schedule by the central government and the state government should declare it as the 2nd official language of the state. 

This prayer was made while a group of Tulunad devotees headed by Smt. Jayashree and Jayakumar of Narikombu, Bantwala Taluk for darshan of Pashupati Nath and Muktinath Temples in Nepal including many holy places in North India, Tulunad fan members raised public awareness about the long-standing demand by unfurling the Tulunad flag.
