Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebration at Bramhalingeshwara Temple Kattingeri

Moodubelle, 22 Aug 2011: As part of Shri Krishna Janmashtami  festival, Shri Brahmalingeshwara Bhajan Mandali  organised  various sports and games such as breaking the pot with blindfold events in the premises of Shri Brahmalingeshwara Temple, Kattingeri  on Monday, August 21, 2011 between 2 pm and 5 pm in which people from Kattingeri and Belle villages participated overwhelmingly.

 

 

The programme was attended by Devdas Hebbar, President of Shri Brahmalingeshwara Bhajan Mandali, Hari Prasad, Harish Acharya, Mohammad Arif,  Sandesh Shetty and others.

Following the end of the games competition, prizes were distributed by Thimmappa Shetty. According to Devdas Hebbar, such celebrations on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami have been going on for the last 20 years in Kattingeri.
