Very shocking and saddening news. Few years ago I visited a friend, the daughter of Louis Mendonca, ex-principal of St. Mary’s College, Shirva in Mangalore and Nobbi was their neighbor. They spoke highly about him, his accomplishments, humor and service to the community, made me really proud of being Bellean. Heartfelt condolences to all his family members. May his soul rest in eternal peace. | |
